By purchasing from The Snack Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Information

All snacks are homemade in small batches. Colors, shapes, and sizes may vary slightly.

2. Allergens

Products may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as:

  • Nuts

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Wheat

  • Soy

Customers with allergies should review product descriptions carefully and message us with questions.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, Paypal, cash & e-transfer.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Availability

Certain flavors or items may be limited. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund.

5. Use of Website or Social Media

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content, photos, or branding belonging to The Snack Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing, you acknowledge that The Snack Company is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Shipping delays

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper storage of snacks

💰 Refund & Replacement Policy

Last updated: December 2, 2025

Because our snacks are perishable, we cannot accept returns.

1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

All sales are final once the product leaves our possession.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only offered if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • An item was missing

  • You cancel before we begin preparing your order

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Melting during transit

  • Change of mind

  • Late delivery caused by carriers or customer address errors

3. Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We may offer a replacement or partial credit at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed within [X] hours of placing your order. Once preparation begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
