Refund Policy

💰 Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our snacks are perishable, we cannot accept returns.

1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

All sales are final once the product leaves our possession.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only offered if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • An item was missing

  • You cancel before we begin preparing your order

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Melting during transit

  • Change of mind

  • Late delivery caused by carriers or customer address errors

3. Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We may offer a replacement or partial credit at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed within [X] hours of placing your order. Once preparation begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
